SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern the text (SMS/MMS) messaging program operated by Ledgend Group LLC (“Ledgend Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not opt in, or reply STOP at any time.

1. Program description

Ledgend Group is a boutique executive search firm placing senior talent across investment banking, private equity, asset management, and equity research. Our messaging program is conversational and recruiting-related: we use text messages to communicate directly with candidates, clients, and professional contacts about a specific search, candidacy, or introduction. This is not a marketing or promotional blast program.

2. How you opt in

You may begin receiving messages from us in any of the following ways:

• Submitting a form on ledgendgroup.com with your mobile number and checking the box consenting to receive text messages.
• Providing your mobile number to us directly — by email, on a call, or in person — and telling us you would like to be reached by text.
• Sending us a text message first, which we will treat as your consent to reply by text.

You can opt in directly at ledgendgroup.com/sms-opt-in, where the consent checkbox and all message disclosures are shown together.

Consent is not a condition of any service, engagement, employment, or placement. You will never be required to agree to receive text messages in order to work with us, be considered for a role, or use any part of our site.

3. Types of messages you may receive

• Outreach about a specific role or search that may be relevant to you.
• Scheduling and confirmation of calls, interviews, and meetings.
• Status updates about an active candidacy or search.
• Follow-ups and replies to messages you send us.

4. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Because our messages are conversational, the number of messages you receive depends on your interactions with us and the stage of any search or candidacy. There is no fixed or recurring send schedule.

5. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Ledgend Group does not charge you for text messages, but your mobile carrier may charge for messages sent or received, depending on your plan. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

6. How to opt out

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT.

After you send one of these keywords, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send you any further text messages unless you opt in again. If you would still like to hear from us another way, you can always reach us by email or phone using the details in Section 11.

8. Carriers and delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier, device, and network conditions, and we cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered.

9. Eligibility

To receive our text messages you must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of, or authorized to use, the mobile number you provide. If your mobile number changes or is reassigned, please tell us so we do not message someone else in error.

10. Privacy

Your privacy matters. We do not share or sell your mobile phone number or your text-messaging opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in information is used only to deliver the messages described above. We may share it with service providers strictly to help us send those messages (for example, our messaging platform, Dialpad), and as required by law — never for those third parties’ own marketing.
